How to Delete Your Data

MTY Agentic Labs provides multiple ways to request deletion of your personal data:

1. Through Meta

When you remove our app from your Meta account settings, Meta automatically sends us a data deletion request. We process all deletion requests within 30 days and provide a confirmation code for tracking.

2. Through Our Platform

Log in to your account at meta.agenticlabs.site and navigate to Settings to disconnect your channels and delete your account.

3. By Email

Send a deletion request to privacy@agenticlabs.site with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email or Meta user ID.

What Gets Deleted

• All messages sent and received through our platform
• Connected channel information and access tokens
• Account profile and preferences
• Usage data and logs associated with your account

Check Deletion Status

If you received a confirmation code after your deletion request, you can check the status at:

https://api-meta.agenticlabs.site/api/compliance/data-deletion/status?code=YOUR_CONFIRMATION_CODE

Timeline

• Data deletion is completed within 30 days of the request
• Backups containing deleted data are purged within 90 days
• You will receive confirmation when deletion is complete
